Session 1: All About You
This is the week you will really start soul-searching to get to know yourself better.
Remember, in order to make any worthwhile changes, you must first understand who you are and why you do what you do. We will be asking you to complete an exercise to allow you to do just that.
As the famous saying goes: insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result.
Our goal is to help you create connections and achieve life-impacting results while holding you accountable with love. For us to do what we are good at, it is essential to ask you to have a LOVING conversation with yourself.
This conversation will require you to be patient, kind, honest, understanding, and avoid judgment. These exercises are not a beat-down session, it is a discovery session to avoid present and future insanity. We have broken the assessment down into two sections and each will have a series of questions for you to think about and respond to:

2. Fears, Failures, and Flaws
