Confidentiality is essential to us as we pride ourselves on having HOT conversations where people are humble, open, and transparent. For this to happen, we foster a psychologically safe environment to allow you to talk about what you believe has impacted your leadership journey. Sessions are meant for leadership and growth development; however, you may discuss past difficult situations. With this, if the discussion goes outside the scope of leadership development, the coach may determine you may need additional support with these experiences, we will request you to seek additional health services. Due to ethical guidelines, practicing counseling or therapy in coaching sessions is against policy. Many of our coaches have backgrounds in mental health; to protect them, we want to clarify that coaching sessions can not and should not replace or substitute as a counseling or therapy session. Our goal is to focus on where you are and where you want to go as a leader. 

For your safety and others, all Workzbe Coaches are classified as mandated reporters, meaning the only time we would break confidentiality is if we suspect you or someone else is in danger of immediate harm, including child abuse or neglect or elder abuse or neglect, and immediate self-harm. 

Our systems are also PHI and HIPAA compliant, meaning we subscribe to the highest ethical standards and protections to ensure your conversations and feedback are confidential and protected. 


As a part of this program, your employer may have requested an executive report. These reports will happen at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks. We will review each of the reports with you before they are shared with your employer. However, if at any point you decide to drop out or no longer show interest or attendance, we will submit the report to your leadership without prior approval.

If your employer has chosen not to see the reports, we still recommend you go over them with them.  Any personal information you share with us during our one-on-one sessions will remain confidential and will not be shared with your employer.  Also, as mentioned above, we will go over the report with you before submitting it to your leader. 

Every 4 weeks, you will receive a detailed WISE report as well.  This report will highlight your strengths, areas of growth, and ways to further develop your leadership ability in a more in-depth manner.   It will be up to you if you want to share a more detailed report with your leader.
