On both days of the 2-day summit, we will start early with the opportunity to "Walk and Talk" or have "Coffee and Convo" with other attendees.
We will then have our first speaker, with Table Talks and Deeper Dive sessions following so that you get the opportunity to actively discuss with other geniuses.
We will then break for lunch and return in the afternoon for a similar format: one speaker with Table Talks and a Fireside Chat to follow.
There will also be plenty of intentional breaks to "rest and digest" the information throughout the day!
On the first evening, you will have the option to attend a social event to further connect with and inspire other attendees.
The second day of the Summit will look very similar, with an earlier end time to allow for travel or free time in the city.
Our first answer is: if you work with humans then you should be there!
But due to limited spacing, we have narrowed our focus to those who work in the following areas:
Human Resources & Benefits
Performance Management
Safety & Risk Management
Training & Development
Process Improvement
C-Suite/Leadership
First off, how many summits have you ever been to that were held at a car museum?
But other than that, this is different because we believe "The Kiss of Death" is to be a genius with 10,000 helpers. Instead, we strive to be the genius with 10,000 geniuses.
Well, the car museum won't hold 10,000 people, but it can hold a lot of geniuses. Instead of having an event where you get talked at by a keynote speaker, we have intentionally made this event where we can all learn and connect with one another.
We believe everyone has something to give. You have been doing the work. You have your ideas. This is the place to explore them. This is also the place where we actively challenge you NOT to be like-minded.
If we are all like-minded, what new ideas will you walk away with?
The same ol same ol.
So we just ask that you come as like-hearted.
Like heart-ed??? Yep! If you are coming to this summit, you pretty much think humans are awesome 90% of the time and you want to make the world of work better for them.
How do we do this? Well, that is all up for discussion.
During this summit, you will hear from geniuses in the field of performance, well-being, leadership, and organizational development. We have also intentionally set time to connect and talk about what we have learned with fellow participants.
Yes! Attendees can earn continuing education credits for SHRM, HRCI, COSM, and COSS.
We know the average conference or summit cost is anywhere from $1200- $2700. This can be costly, which is why we have done everything possible to make it more accessible while still giving you an awesome experience.
Early Bird- $669 per participant through July 31st
Regular- $779 per participant Aug 1- Sept 9th
Last Chance- $889 per participant through Sept 10th to Sept 22
We know making the ask can be difficult at times especially if it if your first time.So to help, we have created a script to use in the process:
Dear Leader,
The WISE Summit is an exclusive summit for HR, Safety, and Organizational Development professionals. The goal of the WISE Summit is to bring like-hearted leaders together for education and networking across multiple sectors. It is unlike any others in terms of diversity of thought and practicality. I believe my participation is critical to bringing new ideas and approaches to our organization and furthering my professional development. I would like to request approval to attend.
The event will be held on September 22-23, 2022 in Chattanooga, TN. I’ll be amongst the hundreds of industry professionals to hear innovative HR, Safety, and Performance experts speak about leadership development, strategic self-management and accountability practices, implementation of human-driven HR and safety, and more. The summit also offers the opportunity to network with businesses that could have a positive impact on our organization. By meeting with industry partners, I can find solutions to everyday issues as well as strengthen existing relationships.
The Summit founders were intentional in making this affordable for HR and Safety Leaders. Where most conferences are $1500+, this one is only $779. It will allow me to earn (SHRM, HRCI, COSS, and COSM) credits.

The cost of transportation is not included in the Summit price.
However, the city of Chattanooga offers all major forms of transportation. We recommend that you fly into CHA (Chattanooga's Airport).
Please note, we've intentionally planned the Summit so that you will not need to travel around the city during the 2 days unless you would like to (venues and amenities are all within walking distance.)
