Performance Assessments

The WISE Assessment by Workzbe is a scientifically validated tool designed to help individuals and organizations enhance performance, purpose, and well-being by evaluating four core dimensions:

  • Well-being – Physical and emotional energy management (e.g., sleep, recovery, mood).

  • Intelligence – Strategic thinking, adaptability to stress, and clarity under pressure.

  • Safety – Internal (psychological) and external (physical) safety, including how openly one communicates their needs.

  • Empowerment – Connection to purpose, motivation, and ability to set boundaries.

These areas are captured in a cumulative WISE score and broken down into individual scores per category, offering insight into a person’s current state and developmental needs.
