Meet the Team

Our WISE team specializes in accountability coaching and culture development, providing customized assessments that empower individuals and teams across business, sports, and other industries.

  • A smiling woman with short blonde hair and blue eyes is standing outdoors in front of a tree with green leaves. She is wearing a shiny, satin-like silver top and dark blue jeans, with silver bracelets on her wrist and a tattoo visible on her arm.

    Emile Kile, MHS

Emily is our resident “human engineer,” decoding how people think and perform—whether on the field, in the boardroom, or at home. After swapping carpet-machinery design for people puzzles, she now leads WISE (Well, Intelligent, Safe, Empowered) strategies across Fortune 500s, pro sports, and nonprofits. A WELCOA Top 10 Wellness Practitioner and Inc. Power Partner, she’s also chasing a PhD in Behavioral Health Leadership. Off-duty, you’ll find her tackling sunrise hikes with her kids or sneaking bites of dark chocolate.

  • A young man with light brown hair, wearing a black collared shirt with a letter 'P' embroidered on it, smiling at the camera.

    Matt Kane

Matt is the data-whisperer behind Workzbe and our WISE Sports Lead. A Stanford Decision Analysis alum and former Pirates analytics guru, he turns numbers into “aha!” moments for high-performance teams. When he’s not wrangling stats, he’s hunting the perfect gluten-free recipe with his wife, Clare, or going on a walk with our CFO, Piper.

  • Close-up of a woman with shoulder-length dark hair, smiling, wearing a black sleeveless top, against a neutral background.

    Bonnie Bonner, MA

Bonnie is our COO and WISE Coach, blending counselor superpowers with ninja-level organization to keep burnout at bay. She pairs deep listening with structure to help leaders and athletes crush their goals—without losing themselves. Off the clock, she’s corralling two curious kiddos and reminding herself to breathe.

  • A young woman with long blonde hair smiling, wearing a white striped polo shirt, standing against a plain light background.

    Ceara Larson, MS

Ceara is our skill-acquisition maven, melding sport-science know-how with cutting-edge tech to level up athletes. A former softball standout and doctoral candidate in South Australia, she crafts data-driven training plans that hit the sweet spot of grit and precision.

  • A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, wearing a red top, smiling against a neutral background.

    Christalee Crary

Christalee is a Working Genius Facilitator (MS in progress) who turns team quirks into superpowers. By day, she’s a recruitment and admin whiz; by night, she’s leading fundraisers and mentorship circles in her community. At home, she’s taxi-mom to two and proud spouse to a veteran.

  • A woman with curly brown hair and blue eyes, smiling, wearing a beige blazer over a white and green striped shirt, with small hoop earrings and a pearl necklace.

    Mandy Parker Hunter, MS

Mandy makes Virtual Mental Health First Aid feel like a game you actually want to play. She creates interactive programs that get kids and teens moving, laughing, and learning about healthy choices. When she’s not teaching CPR or juggling Printmaster and Office hacks, she’s plotting the next feel-good activity.

  • A small curly-haired dog standing among pink flowers. The dog is wearing a grey harness with green accents.

    Piper Kane

Piper is our Chief Fetch Officer and Matt’s trusty sidekick in data analytics. When he’s not sniffing out insights (and carrying Gumby), he’s on long walks greeting friends and keeping morale sky-high. His playful spirit brings a lighthearted boost to every client session.

  • A cute white and brown fluffy puppy resting on a brown cushion inside a black wicker pet bed.

    Trixie Pax Elrod

Trixie is our Chief Joy Officer—a bubbly Cavapoo whose superpower is making everyone smile. She lives for hiking trails, rolling in fresh grass, and surprising people with an enthusiastic “oh!” Her joyful energy reminds clients that a little puppy love can spark big creative breakthroughs.
