Pittsburgh Pirates

AT A GLANCE

The Pittsburgh Pirates, a renowned Major League Baseball team, faced a significant challenge within their organization. The Sales department was experiencing some of the lowest employee satisfaction scores in the company. To address this issue, the Pirates sought the expertise of Workzbe led by Emily, a leading expert in well-being and
performance.

CHALLENGES

The Pirates were dealing with a complex challenge: low employee satisfaction, which was exacerbated by external factors. Their existing employee satisfaction scores were alarming, and due to environmental conditions, all other departments were witnessing double-digit declines in satisfaction. It was critical to not only halt this downward trend but to reverse it.
